Khloe Kardashian’s pregnancy feet

Hey there Good Mama!

A post shared by Khloé (@khloekardashian) on

It is well documented in "Keeping up with the Kardashian's", that Khloe has an extensive shoe collection.

During the last stages of pregnancy the feet can widen and get bigger in length. This may be a problem for the beautiful Khloe Kardashian’s shoe collection. Glowing Khloé Kardashian is eight months pregnant. For a month or two before and after pregnancy, female hormones loosen the ligaments so that the pelvic area can widen so that the woman can give birth to her baby.

However, this ligamentous laxity is not exclusive to only the pelvic area. It also softens the ligaments that hold the 26 bones together in the feet. The result is a drop in the medial arch - which makes the feet bigger and wider. That’s why it is recommended to wear an insole during the last month of the pregnancy. But if not, it’s not too late.

The Footerella System has 3 different intensity of insoles to keep the foot arches up. They can be worn when the new mother is walking her baby in the stroller.

Being such an active person her feet should tighten back up very quickly with her arch lifting insoles. The elector- muscle stimulator could be used for 15 minutes a day to both feet her to keep the muscle strong for 2 weeks. And if there has been any widening of the feet, adhesive foot tapes to bind the foot back together like a waist trainer would also help.

I have a pain in the front of my left foot and I’ve always had perfect feet. I exercise every day and I’m normal weight. The doc said I’m getting a flat foot. But I never had a flat foot before. Can I use this Footerella to lift my foot arch? I really don’t want flat feet! Thank you Claire

Dear Claire, yes you can use it to get your feet back to their full strength and alignment again. Women’s ligaments are softer than male ligaments so women have foot displacement and arch collapse problems. Using the Footerella system for a month every year will keep everything perfect and also fix any structural problem that may have started before you feel any symptoms. Best wishes, Footerella

Should I wait until I have all my children or can I do this every pregnancy? Can I reuse the same one? Thanks, Joelle

    • footerella says:

Dear Joelle, it is advisable to use during and after each pregnancy so the feet do not get very wide as the feet may not fully return to normal if they become too wide. Best wishes, Footerella

This is what happened to my mom and I think I will get the same thing when I have my baby soon. Can I use it before it happens? Like to prevent it? Or do I have to wait for my feet to get bigger to then use it…??? Christina

    • footerella says:

Yes Christina, you can use it to maintain a healthy foot and prevent problems with the foot widening. Being pro-active is very wise. Best wishes, Footerella.

    • Josephine says:

Same thing happened to me after my pregnancy. Do you think I still have a chance to make my feet smaller?

      • footerella says:

        Hello,

Yes you can always make your feet stronger, muscle tightening will always make the foot slimmer and smaller and control of the ligaments keeps the foot that way and also the insoles to keep the bones in position will lift the arches making the foot smaller and slimmer. Hope this helps, Footerella

      • footerella says:

Dear Josephine, yes of course your feet will get smaller and slimmer using footerella system don’t worry. It depends on how much you walk and use it and also how much your arches in your feet can be raised. Best wishes, Footerella
